Project Weight Loss Overhaul, Operation #1: Skinny Girl Diet

So I've tried the ABC diet before and found that I lost weight at a good pace, but of course I was hungry. I'm trying the SGD to see if I can limit my calorie consumption when I have actual set limits. However I will be counting fruits and vegetables as calories; it's silly not to because they have calories. I may also change the days around to correspond with when I exercise, as I will obviously be taking in less calories on those days.

Outcome:  I lost 6.25 lbs with a break of 10 days in between what was supposed to be day 10 and day 21, so I know with better control I could have lost more. All in all I think it was a moderate success and throughout the process I learned to better control my food intake and built my cardio stamina up for the days I go over my limit.

Project Weight Loss Overhaul, Operation #2: 10 Day Diet

This diet seems easy enough. Through the SDG I've trained myself to eat smaller portions and less frequently, so a max of 500 calories doesn't seem that bad. The only thing I'm really worries about is 64 oz of water a day. I rarely drink that much water so I'm really going to have to start filling up my water bottle as often as I can.

Project Weight Loss Overhaul, Operation #3: Break from 10 Day Diet
I've put my body through so much involving the 10 Day Diet, so I'm tweaking my goals a bit. My goal is to stay under a net total of 500 calories per day. I still want to exercise almost every day, but not have to worry about it being 1 hr or more, just the amount of calories I burn. My water and sleep will stay relatively the same, but I'm not going to track them.
