I always tell myself that I'm not going to eat the next day.

And then I do and I feel like a fat fucking failure. I feel so bloated right now, and I never feel bloated. I don't want to eat tomorrow. At all.


  1. I do the exact same thing. "No food" always becomes "a little food" and "a little food" always becomes a binge. Ugh.

  2. You aren't a failure. I can see from your goal weights that you have made a lot of progress. Good on you, you're doing great :)
