My week so far:

It's been a little hectic around here lately. Midterms are coming up and study time + homework has prevented me from going to the gym the past two days. I've been trying to cut down on my food intake and I think I'm doing alright. Yesterday's breakfast was probably the worst. I had half a Belgium waffles with butter, syrup and whipped cream. It was so delicious though. I haven't had a waffle in ages. I skipped lunch and instead had two bananas as snacks throughout the day, and for dinner I had some broccoli beef with white rice and a beef tamale. Today has been going much better so far. I didn't have time for breakfast so I rushed out the door with half a banana. I absolutely hate eating alone so when I went to sit down with some friends with my lentil soup and they all had to leave for class I left too with only 5 spoonfuls eaten from my bowl. Right now I'm currently enjoying a cup of green tea and anxiously awaiting my care package my mom is sending me, complete with an entire box of tea, toothpaste, cookies, brownies, laundry detergent, I think some candy, and whatever else she thinks I'll like. I'm so excited for it to come! My parents haven't sent me anything since I started college, so I'm really looking forward to this.

Other than that I thought it was time for some thinspo:





It's very nature inspired today.


Well if there's anything more to post I'll be back later. Just thought I'd let you all in on how I'm doing.

  1. You seem to be eating so little but without starving yourself, that's good. You're really inspiring. I believe you'll reach your goal weight soon.

  2. Thank you! I actually got on the scale today to see I gained a pound, but I did burn 1000 calories. A good trade off I suppose...but thank you so much. I'm glad to know I can help inspire. <3
